How do I use the device?
For most use cases, such as fat burn, cellulite reduction and skin firming, we recommend combining the Sonic and Infrared functions together for 20 minutes per area, 4 times a week, for best results.The device includes a built-in 10 minute timer that will automatically turn it off to make it easier to track your sessions.
For muscle stimulation, pain relief and atrophy prevention, attach the included electrode pads to the connectors, plug them into the side of the device and attach them to the desired area. You can adjust the massage type and intensity level from the switchers on the side.

How long before I see results?
Results won’t come overnight, but with consistent use most people will start noticing results within 2 weeks. However since each individual has a different lifestyle, eating habits, genetics, etc. we recommend giving it at least 4 weeks for results to deliver.
Do I need to use a cream or a gel?
Yes you do! The device can’t be used on dry skin. For best results we recommend using our own Anti-Cellulite Cream, however you can also use any water based gel such as an ultrasound gel or aloe vera.
