30-Day Returns at a Glance
- You have 30 days from your delivery date to start a return.
- Email help@nulifebeauty.com to start a return and receive an RMA (return authorization). Do not ship anything back without an RMA.
- Items must be returned in reasonable condition with all original components, accessories, and packaging.
- A 6% processing fee applies to returns.
- For some products we provide a prepaid return label (its cost is deducted from your refund); for others you arrange and pay return shipping.
- Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at help@nulifebeauty.com within 30 days of your delivery date. We will review your request and, if eligible, issue you an RMA along with the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send any product back without an RMA or approval from our support team. Returns sent without an RMA may be rejected and returned to you, and we take no responsibility for such returns.
Standard 30-Day Returns
We accept returns of most products for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date. Because our devices are meant to be tried, normal trial use is fine — but to be eligible, the item must be returned in reasonable condition and include all original components, accessories, and packaging. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. A 6% processing fee applies, and return shipping is handled as described under "Return Shipping & Fees" below.
Returns not in acceptable condition. If a returned item is not in acceptable condition — for example, it is missing its original packaging, components, or accessories, or shows damage or wear beyond normal trial use — we may issue a partial refund of 50% of the item price, less the 6% processing fee and any applicable return-label cost, or decline the refund after inspection. If an item is returned heavily damaged, a refund will be denied.
Creams, gels, and serums. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of creams, gels, serums, or similar consumable products once opened or used. These items are eligible for return only if unopened and with their original seal intact. Partially used or empty containers will not be refunded.
Orders placed with a special discount code provided by our support team, and replacement items, are not eligible for return or refund.

The biggest factor in your results is using the device consistently, as advised, for the full recommended period. This guarantee is valid on your first order only and must be started within 30 days of delivery; subsequent orders do not qualify. We reserve the right (acting reasonably) to decline a refund if the supporting evidence provided is insufficient.
Damaged or Defective Items & Warranty
Damaged on arrival: If your item arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery at help@nulifebeauty.com with photos of the damage and your order number. Once we receive the damaged item, we will ship a replacement if available; if a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
Defects (warranty): All of our products carry a 120-day warranty from the delivery date. If you experience a defect, email help@nulifebeauty.com with a description of the problem and a photo or video, and we will be happy to arrange an exchange.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at help@nulifebeauty.com.
Return Shipping & Fees
When your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address with your RMA. Depending on the product, we will either provide a prepaid return label (the cost of which is deducted from your refund) or ask you to arrange and pay for your own return shipping. Return shipping you pay is non-refundable, and we recommend using a trackable service. A 6% processing fee applies per item.
Items should be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return label or instructions; we may not be able to process a refund for items shipped back after that. Please send us the tracking number for your return so we can follow it until it arrives. Returns usually take 3–5 business days to process once received, though during busy periods this may take up to 10 business days. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned goods are damaged or appear heavily used (including scratches, cracks, or dents). We are not responsible for any duties, import, customs, or similar charges.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost in transit: If your tracking shows the package was not delivered, or there has been no tracking update for an extended period, contact us at help@nulifebeauty.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost in transit, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Marked delivered but not received: We are not responsible for packages the carrier confirms as delivered to the address provided on the order. We are happy to help confirm the delivery details with the carrier, and we recommend checking with others at your address and your neighbors, and filing a report with your local police if you believe the package was stolen.
Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused at delivery, returned due to an incorrect address, or not picked up in time from the local post office, you are responsible for the actual return shipping fee charged by the carrier plus our 6% processing fee. If you would like the package reshipped, a new shipping fee will apply.
Order Cancellations
We have a fast turnaround in our fulfillment centers to ensure quick delivery, which means we cannot guarantee that orders can be edited or cancelled once placed. If you would like to edit or cancel your order, please email help@nulifebeauty.com with the subject "cancel" and your order details as soon as possible. A 6% fee applies to cancellations, reflecting payment-processing costs that are not returned to us when a charge is cancelled.
Gifts
If you wish to return or receive a refund for a qualifying product that came with a free gift, you must also return all accompanying free gift items. This prevents abuse of our return policy by customers wishing to keep only the free gift. If the free gift items are not returned with the qualifying product, a refund will not be issued. We do not provide replacements for gift items, and gifts can only be exchanged if they are defective.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, since there is often processing time before a refund appears. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@nulifebeauty.com.
Return Address & Policy Updates
We will provide the correct return address with your RMA. Depending on the product, your return may be directed to a return center in the United States or in Canada, so please use the address we provide rather than assuming a location.
